This is NOT where you control the floor heating. You should’ve controls in your tooms (usually some sort of boxes on the wall with a dial or so).
The valves here are for balancing the water flow, they are set up once and not to be meddled with.
Define what you mean by “use”. This isn’t where you’d control the everyday heating, it’s meant for professionals or at least people with knowledge about the system to control the water distribution. Probably shouldn’t mess with it.
Oh no, if you meddled with them good luck on getting your hands on the original values.
