So I’ve fallen down a rabbit hole after watching [this video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5O04MZ9–7Q). There are ‘engineering’ buses scattered about and I remember them from my childhood (usually at Sprucefield). As far as I’m aware, Translink/Ulsterbus are the only company to have used a recovery bus, am I correct in assuming this?
