They didn’t need stretchers; they needed a mop.
easy to gather the bodies, they are already on a transport assuming it still runs.
Maybe they’ll finally learn that tactics from the Afghanistan war don’t work anymore and will stop riding on top of vehicles. That would also reduce the number of troops thrown into assaults, so it would benefit Ukrainians as well. Though I doubt that’ll happen, given that they’re still employing WWII meat assault tactics.

I know they should NOT be in Ukraine but I am really glad to see unarmed medics and defenceless WIA NOT being bombed. Staying as civilized as is possible (not easy I guess) will pay dividends for Ukraine (and Russia potentially). Hopefully this pointless war will end sooner rather than later.
