Do we ever stop looking for better weapons?
FPV drone pilots have already outclasses snipers across the board. The future belongs to drones, not human snipers. Furthermore, self-perching drones don’t need to eat, sleep or shit. They just need a power source to keep their minimal sensors running until a target appears. Hell of a lot more efficient and scalable.
What is the definition of extreme long range? If it is something where they need a new cartridge for it will take ages…
