  2. Cardiff still increasing. Also lots in really rural areas. What we need is stability, not big changes either way.

  3. I saved for my house for 15 years and managed to buy right at the peak before prices started coming down

    Also bought during Truss’ stint at PM so my interest rate is nice and jacked up

    Glad prices are coming down to help people out who need it but I really feel like I was in the cursed timeline when it came to getting my house

  4. In a country where migration > house building this means that those areas of Wales probably have very few jobs and is a bad sign for those areas economies.

    E.g. Cardiff and commuter town Caerphilly are still rising.

  5. Thank god for that, need a crash to get people buying on mass. People can’t be priced it forever surely!!
