2. Aarikka Pörröpää. Designed for kids during time when safety regulations were not as today.

3. It’s a rattle called Pörröpää. It was in production perhaps in the 80’s. Couldn’t find any specific info on it. Perhaps you could contact Aarikka’s customer service for more details?
