Hello again – I’m doing another DJ set on Saturday

Heya folks, figured I’d do another one of these posts since I wasn’t lynched last time and you were all extremely kind to me.

So similar to last time I’m doing another one of my DJ sets in the Sunflower this Saturday – I’ve described it as a kind of dark disco with a lot of industrial shit but a lot of trip hop and ambient stuff too (Massive Attack, Portishead, Crystal Method, Nine Inch Nails, Ministry, Cinematic Orchestra, DJ Shadow, QOTSA, UNKLE, Chemical Brothers etc). Along with it I also play a bit of guitar, lap steel, sample some poetry and short stories (kinda in the vein of Blue Jam and stuff like that). I’m also doing some fresh remixes this time around, so oddly enough for me I’ve actually bit of self-belief and confidence in my work and the response to the last one was fairly overwhelming.

If this sounds like your bag and you’re free this weekend please do come along and say hello, it’d mean the world to me – I can’t promise it’ll be the best show ever or anything like that but I can say it’s unique at least!
