I couldn’t get a contract because of a Westbalkan Regelung which doesn’t allow people from that region to work as Leiharbeitnehmer.
What I applied for seemed like a normal student job and I of course have a student Aufenthaltstitel with Arbeitserlaubnis.
The Westbalkan Regelung seems super confusing and does not explicitly state whether I, as a student who already has an Aufenthaltstitel with Arbeitserlaubnis, can work as Leiharbeitnehmer.
