With that much fast food type stuff in one spot I’d say a homeless person was camping there for a while. Sad that people have to live that way.
Laziness. People can’t be arsed to carry rubbish to a bin for some reason.
Because general waste bins are no longer collected every week.
I’m not saying this is right, because it’s disgusting, but some people will just dump their extra bin bags of rubbish if they can’t get them in the bin.
