Biden is exploring ways bounded by his legal authority to help Ukraine. Europe has provided more money than America to help Ukraine. I believe there are some ways he can approve weapon sales to European countries, while European countries can send some weapons.
It’s happening now. The U.S. State Department can approve the weapon sale to Greece for F-35s, in return Greece send S-300 SAMs to Ukraine.
An interesting chart/study looking at where the two main American political parties are in terms of both democratic principles and attitudes toward “other” people. I’m not sure if it will translate, but the phrase you hear a lot in the states is that the GOP is :

I have a question, yesterday i read a article about a 40 million dollars that was ment fro Ukranian arms but was stolen by corrupted officials. My question is: is that the money that was stolen a wile ago (also 40 million) and the article resurfaces as a way to discredit Ukraine, or is it a fresh case of corruption?
