Real Madrid opens a new hamburger chain called, ‘UNO’ in Mexico, with which they aspire to have a turnover of 3.5M in its first year and aims to add more than 250 stores by 2029. The forecast is to franchise the business in 2024 and reach annual revenues of 762M in 7 years.

According to all global estimates, fast food chains like Burger King, Wendy’s, McDonalds, Dominoes, Popeye’s, etc have a profit margin anywhere between 9 percent to 18 percent
According to those estimates, Real Madrid is looking to generate anywhere between 70M to 140M a year in 2029 if they stay true to their commitment to add 250 stores by then.
Quite lucrative and smart deal by Madrid yet again. Best part is that they are not taking any risks because the club is only going to franchise it and rake in the royalty fee (4.5% – 9%) and marketing fee (4.5% – 9%) – totals 9% to 18%
Thats a risk free investment with potential to earn 70M to 140M a year worth of profits by using your brand power!
With all this money why cant we sign a CB? 😂
Hazard kicking himself right now..
