Slightly older news (6 days) that seems to be going under the radar.
Pretty much every proposed NHS building project has been paused for the foreseeable future; including most of the National Treatment Centres, new Monklands Hospital, and the refurbishments/replacements of smaller rural general hospitals in the Highlands.

Aye, this is what the Chancellor’s 10% real terms cut to the capital budget over the next five years looks like.
9 billion pounds worth of PPE was written off yesterday by the UK so I think its fair to say this is all down to free bus passes and separatist grievance mongering probably definitely.

Glad someone’s raised this sadly I think this will be the thin edge of the wedge projects on hold for at least 2 years, wonder if schools will be next.
