  1. And that brings the score now to

    Bread: 1, Ruzzia: 0

Edit: Ruzzians are dumber than a loaf of bread! No offense to bread.

  2. On the bright side, this guy’s life just got significantly better. If he made it back to the frontline, he’d probably be dead soon. Being a POW in Ukraine is a big improvement.

  3. “What was the worst case of getting lost you have ever experienced?”

    “Well…”

(Though, maybe it is the best case of getting lost that could have happened to him. He is now a POW in Ukraine which is a significant upgrade from a piece of meat for the Russian Army.)

  4. “We’re out of bread to go with our vodka. What do we do?” “I know, lets send Vlad to ask the Ukrainians for toast.”

  5. I heard Ukraine hast the best bread in the Zone.
    So i can understand him.

  6. Translation:

    – *unintelligible*
    – Pidor!
    – Come here! Stop!
    – Take everything off yourself! Armor, take off your armor!
    – Yes, let him drop it because there was already such case.
    – Take off your armor, come on!

    – [russian] Just don’t kill.
    – We won’t kill you, don’t worry.
    – Lay him down.
    – Take him further away, just in case.

    – *unintelligible, maybe about handcuffs tension*
    – Where the fuck did you come from?
    – [russian] They told me to come here for bread.
    – For bread?
    – Well, now you will eat some bread.

    – [russian] I slept there. Awoke. I thought everyone went here. Everyone rolled back.
    – Everything will be fine!

  7. I almost wonder if being sent for bread is code for being allowed to surrender. He seems elderly.

  8. It honestly makes me tear up whenever these heroes assure their captives that they‘re gonna be fine

  9. Russian conscript got “lost” on the way to get bread. Dude doesn’t realize how lucky he is. A couple years in a comfy (comparatively to russia) Ukrainian pow camp, no more cold ass nights in the trenches, and gets 3 hots and a cot. About to be in the lap of luxury while his buddies get got.

  10. You might be surprised, but unfortunately such situations happen with Ukrainian soldiers as well. Guy who was in subdivision with my friend went to find water and got lost. Supposedly he got captured and killed

  11. Ukraine is winning whenever they take in an (obviously) weakened soldier like this. That soldier also could have been shot, it’s war, and he was carrying his rifle. Instead, he lives. I hope he stays sober so he can reflect on his tremendous good luck.

I am happy he lives. He is yet another proof, Putin has betrayed you!

    Have some bread!

  12. Damn, guy looks like he’s in his late 60s. Russia must be running out of fresh, young conscripts

  13. Lucky bastard

Hopefully he has time to reflect on the war while he’s a POW

  14. Oh my gosh. Are the russians on the front line starving now???? Cause hunger will end this war in about a week if so.
