Hey,

So I got this device in the manual it says:

Charge the product before first use. Use only the included charging adapter, connected to a standard 100-240V AC electrical outlet.

And on the charger it says: (picture)

Any help would be appreciated since it is a gift to someone very dear to me.

    you can get it pretty much at every electronic shop lkike, mediamarkt saturn, or order online.

  2. If it’s a regular USB charging device do yourself a favor and just buy a charger with a German plug. Much safer than an adapter. If you have to use an adapter make sure your original device is rated for German power: 230 Volts, 50 Hertz. Should say the rated power on a sticker next to the power port of the device. If it only says 120 V (US frequency) and nothing else and you cannot get a charger here: don’t use the device. You’re endangering your device and yourself.
