It seems like such an interesting place just off the coast of North-West Wales, and I believe you have to book a year in advance?
I would love to visit and stay for a while, but wondered if anyone had first hand experiences.

Yes. I visited Bardsey Island some years ago. Met a local and found mobile phone connection with mast on mainland was only possible form one location at that time. It was an interesting visit and placed Bardsey in my mind for ever.
Done cetacean watches from the headland looking out towards it. Would be an amazing place to stay!
I loved it, puffins on the way over, so many seals. I’d tried to go for years but it never worked out then last summer went over on the most beautiful day. Booked that week. There was mist in the morning so we climbed mynydd enlli and were then were above the clouds. It was magical, mystical and gorgeous.
