I got a multipack of Cadbury Wispa golds a few months back that had no caramel in them. I complained to Mondelez who sent me a weird voucher that didn’t seem usable anywhere for £1 (less than the cost of said Wispas) and when I told them this, then send me another £1 voucher for my troubles. What a waste of time
Sending you a cheque as they know lots of people never get round to cashing them
