The thing is. Russia has actual Ally’s that’ll help and do military deals, and not like Ukraine that got all these countries they claim to be they ally’s and yet drags months to send military support, and it don’t be everything they ask for
Lets not forget, NK gets their food for free basically, from UN, EU and USA. So they can focus on building missiles full time.
