Well, if you think about it, a toilet brush is usually used to scrape hunan feces away. So while “hairbrush use” has both “wrong place” and “wrong use”, using it to wipe would only be ” wrong place”, getting it an “almost correct” compared to hairbrush use.

Living in Germany, I can say that “ganz richtig” is not so “ganz richtig”. If you look at the red dotted line, it should be also on the bottom of the drain, not only sides!!!
