I asked Bing AI about this injury recovery times and this is what it told me (take with a grain of salt obviously):
The recovery time for a biceps femoris muscle injury depends on the severity and type of the injury, as well as the treatment and rehabilitation methods used. There are three grades of biceps femoris muscle injury, according to the degree of muscle damage.
• Grade 1: A mild strain, where only a few muscle fibers are stretched or torn. The recovery time is usually 2 to 4 weeks
• Grade 2: A moderate tear, where more muscle fibers are damaged, but the muscle is not completely ruptured. The recovery time is usually 4 to 8 weeks
• Grade 3: A severe tear or rupture, where the muscle is completely torn or detached from the bone. The recovery time is usually 3 to 6 months, and may require surgery
Let’s hope it’s Grade 1 then.
>he will be out of action until the injury clears up

now we need to play 2 forwards.
Very concerning to me that a young player (Balde too) are getting muscular injuries so early on in a match. This was at the 5 minute mark, Balde’s was at the 20 minute mark. Really calls into question our physio staff and how they are training these players during training, and more likely how they are prepping the players pre-match.
It’s kind of amazing we have been having these same muscle injuries excerpt maybe last year. How are we still doing this?
“meaning he will be out of action until injury clears up”
so he won’t be able to play until he is able to play? amazing
Availability has been his best aspect 😵💫
Blessing in disguise.
I hear you, my friend. Phone addiction can be a real struggle for those with ADHD (and even without). Have you tried seeking professional help or joining support groups? It’s important to address the root of the issue rather than just trying to restrict yourself. Also, I highly recommend setting specific times throughout the day for designated phone usage and sticking to it religiously. Best of luck!
Can someone list everyone that is injured?
