I’d like to see the exact quote from that training, as perhaps they just gave that as examples, which is totally legitimate (in the same way that talking about the sexual harassment of women and girls is important and doesn’t imply you can’t sexually harass men). There is a lot of money in promoting the idea that you can nag people into thinking in a way that ticks boxes. However 90 percent of people would of rolled their eyes reading that headline.

It could be, however there is still no guarantee that the person was not just rolling their eyes because they were dealing with an idiot generally; not everything is done because the ‘offender is prejudice. I work with people from across the world and one in particular makes me roll my eyes almost every time she asks me something. It has nothing to do with her race or gender, it is just that she asks me questions I would expect from someone in their first week on the job, despite having been with us for eight months now.
At Partridge Productions, it was even a sackable offence.
