I wear a hearing aid on one ear (phonak, audeo) and every time I visit the Febo in Amsterdam’s red light district (as is my god given right whilst living here, of course) I hear strange audio feedback. It’s a very loud sound that I can only describe as going womp-womp-womp repeatedly, louder than someone talking. This only happens when facing the self-service machines.
I have picked up on other feedback like theft protection machines before, but it was never this loud.

I am not so much interested in if this audio-feedback is normal, I know it is, but rather if this is a shared experience. Have you ever experienced this? Is it only this Febo?
