The Ban is in place, if you see one of these war “dogs” unleashed/unmuzzled in London please report it to the police, they’re encouraging people to report them.
And don’t worry about whether “is it a XL bully or isn’t” nonsense, if it looks like it can kill a grown man best err on the safe side and report it.
