My trip to Hungary has been very nice. It is a beautiful country, with kind people who are always willing to help and are very kind. Its gastronomy is rich and varied, you can taste very delicious dishes such as Gulyás, Lángos (my favorite) and the traditional national sweet, Kürtőskalács. You can also enjoy impressive architecture, with wonderful buildings such as the Opera, the Hungarian Parliament, Buda Castle or the Fisherman’s Bastion, among others. Another thing that surprised me (and I loved) about the country is the security. You will find the same amount of police on the streets (or even less) than in other European countries, but I can assure you that the feeling of security anywhere in Budapest is enormous. If you are hesitating about going to this country, I highly recommend going, it will be worth it and you will not regret it.
Glad you liked it, come back soon!
If you have a couple of days in Hungary next time you should visit other cities too. Hungary is not just Budapest.
While I am happy you enjoyed your stay, I cant help but think that you only talked with people that are working in tourism, and are, you know, paid to be kind. 😀
This is like posting pics of the Eiffel Tower to r/ France – I mean, locals are not really impressed by people going through the 100% textbook default tourism pipeline.
I would be impressed by taking a pic of the Buddhist stupa in the IX Börzsöny street
