  1. “In my discussions with the Vice President concerning his personal finances, he was always crystal clear that he wanted to take the most transparent and ethical approach consistent with both the spirit and the letter of the law,” Schwerin said. “Given my awareness of his finances and the explicit directions he gave to his financial advisers, the allegation that he would engage in any improper conduct to benefit himself or his family is preposterous to me.”

  2. > This is far from the first time that one of Republicans’ star witnesses in the Biden corruption investigation has completely debunked their claims. One such witness was Devon Archer, another of Hunter’s business partners. In his testimony, Archer said he was **“not aware of any” wrongdoing by the president** and said he disagreed with the allegation that Biden accepted a bribe. **Republicans then refused to let Democrats introduce Archer’s testimony as evidence** during a September hearing.

  3. I wonder why they wanted all sworn testimony to be behind closed doors. God forbid we have the ability to see what he actually said ourselves.

  4. We can all assume at this point that anytime a Republicon politician opens their mouth they’re lying.

  5. They’ll do anything to attempt to make trump’s fraud/crimes seem less terrible.

  6. I guess these people were star witnesses, they just didn’t say for whom lol

  7. The Republicans don’t care if their pet whistle blower recants or never comes thru. They got to tell the world that they have a witness that says Biden benefited from Hunters business, and they can prove it. Their followers are gullible and will remember the accusations as fact and will not have any recollection that the witnesses said the opposite of what Comer and crew claimed.

This is how the Republicans go these days. Finding real evidence is difficult and time consuming. More so when there is no evidence to be had. So they just make up a pile of horse dung to feed to the MAGAts. The MAGAts will buy the lie and feed it back to the leadership, and other magats. It is so much easier make up stuff. You can shape it to appear to be the perfect little crime. Or to fit the narrative.

    Truthiness is irrelevant.

  8. Wow! the Clintons and Oprah must have got to him. The deep state wins again 😡 /s

  9. Comer is going to be exposed as a cross dresser. Wait for it

  10. The Illuminati and Soros must’ve gotten to him! /s

  11. Good, finally some republicans doing the right thing. Ugh! Why is Trump still calling the shots! More GOP need to stand up to him.

  12. I’m sure that will all matter now and Comer will back off. Right?…Right???

  13. I don’t think the GOP understands the whole “whistleblower” concept. Typically their testimony should *support* your argument, not tear it down.

  14. > Republicans have repeatedly accused Biden of profiting from his son Hunter’s overseas business dealings.

Uh, I think they meant to say “Trump” here….

  15. Trump Crime Family is desperately trying to make it seem like the Bidens are just as bad as the Trump Crime Family, but nothing seems to stick.

They have to go after his son, who isn’t in politics, and show his dick pics because that is literally all they have. They “lost” his all-important laptop ffs.

  16. Hasn’t this exact setup already played out like 10 times in this same case? I mean props to them for actually having a non-anonymous source unlike some of the times they’ve tried to pull this same routine but, really. It’s always “Oh this one is the real bombshell! This will incriminate Biden for certain!” and then it’s just some really mundane bullshit and Pepe Silvia levels of trying to connect incredibly far-fetched dots.

  18. The guy has to be careful not to get a defamation lawsuit.
