Russian military industrial complex only exists because, at some point in the past, the Soviet Union combined, processed, and minced together human suffering, colonisation, and resource exploitation into military hardware. Most of their designs are derivative at best. Some are just late-Soviet projects cancelled due to funding issues, revived in some shitty construction bureau as the next big grift project. Not to mention that they don’t have a technological foundation to create the necessary electronics and components.
The pity here is that they still have enough shit on their hands and bodies at their disposal to cause human suffering on a very large scale.
They don’t work but they made a supplier and those in the purchasing department very rich.
I for one don’t see a problem here.
