Smart move moving to Texas. The taxes and articles of incorporation is super cheap here where I live. When I went and formed a Corp for me and friend to move furniture, it took a whole 15 mins to incorporate in Austin. If you want to attract business to your State, just don’t make it hard for them to do business there and they will come.
Imagine being a stock-compensated Tesla Employee right now & listening to this entitled lunatic demand 55 Billion dollars. What a slap in the face to the tens of thousands of workers making those cars & tech.

It’s not like Musk can quit. His entire brand and persona is “The guy that runs Tesla”.
Why would you spend $55b on him, which if you move to the (very corrupt) state of Texas is basically a guarantee.
I don’t see why any shareholder would OK that deal.
Hopefully Texas will succeed soon and then USA can go to war with them and reclaim the territory. I would never even participate in a draft to fight for the wealthy against russia or china, but I promise I will be at the front of the line to sign up to go fight against those fat, loud, obnoxious fucking morons in texas.
So, if Tesla moved to Texas.
Would they still be held to the ruling in Delaware ?
