Scotland set for 8.8% increase in water bills

    Same with rail fares.

  3. Water bills are too low to provide the investment required for treatment. It’s not great but necessary.

  4. I wouldn’t mind if they provided exactly what the money is meant to achieve and then published what was actually achieved, rather than worthless phrases like “significant investment”.

  7. 9p a day increase versus the £1 average somebody will pay for bottled water from tesco.
