Image of me today trying to explain to a mate it doesnt matter how faint the positive line on a covid test is, If its anyway visible, its a positive reading. We need to get this out there. I can see a lot of people ignoring positive antigen tests because “sure you can hardly see the second line”

I have also heard a good few people recently saying “ah sure a cold will give you a positive antigen as well, so I probably have a cold”.
Kinda like how there’s no such thing as a little bit pregnant.

are you the man, or the wall?
Those dodgy cheap tests in the supermarket give a faint line as a false positive
I got that result off an antigen least week and went out and got a PCR which was positive. Had a couple of friendsInsist the antigen could be a false positive “because I got a faint line and then 5 negatives in a row’ or some shit like that
I’d say there’s a lot of this
You’re totally right, except in my case because I’ve got a holiday booked and I’m special.
This. I had an extremely faint, barely visible line on my first antigen. Took another the following day an it instantly came up dark red. You’d think it’d be common knowledge considering its on all instruction leaflets.
A friend of mine was mixing up the C and T line. He got one with just the T line (invalid) and thought he was negative. He got another which had faint lines on both and thought that was invalid. He’s now sick as a dog but he was in work the whole week during this so he’s probably infected alot of people (factory).
He was mortified when I explained to him that he had it wrong 😒☺️. I love him but I told him he’s an idiot.
Savage title, OP. Worse than the disease.
Genrui tests are notorious for a faint line that proves negative in an PCR test.
Also me trying to explain to people that getting the vaccine doesn’t make you immune to the virus and that you can still get it
Ag caint ar an balla
Treat it like a pregnancy test.
