It’s interesting coming from someone who now spends his days targetting people and making people feel like shit
In fairness, I’d say being a kid in a foreign country living with a family you don’t know and being bullied like that is an utter nightmare. Having it continue when you get home, having the people from your own home town take the side of the bully. I can see how that would stick with you.
Though if it’s still something that’s on his mind well into his adult years, that’s on him. Either get help or forget about it, but after 20 or 30 years you really can’t say it’s all the bully’s fault it still affects you. You’ve had plenty of time to seek help and sort it out.
