Greetings,I live in kurdistan in iraq, and recently i came across a company called by vita, Basically what it does is it helps students especially outside of germany to study in germany, obviously at a cost but compared to what they do it sounds little.

i asked around and apparently the company itself is legit, but i dont know how the process itself goes precisely, if anyone went through ausbildung program as an outsider or have similar experience can give their story/suggestions i would very much appreciate it,

  1. The biggest problem that I see is that while they help you apply, they cannot guarantee that you will get the visa.

    Visa rules for Ausbildung say “can be given a residency permit for doing Ausbildung” , while for university students the visa rules says “should be given if requirements are fulfilled”. Note the difference between “can” and “should”.

    “Can” just means it is possible, but the decision is up to the clerk handling the case.

    Ausbildung is a legitimate education path in Germany. It is also a legitimate immigration path that allows you to come to Germany for an Ausbildung and then find work in Germany in that profession long-term.

    By vita can promise a lot but they can not guarantee

    – that a company in Germany will hire you for an Ausbildung

    – that your visa for the Ausbildung will be approved which is only done if the Federal Employment Agency determines that no German or EU citizen is available who wants to do the Ausbildung instead of you

  3. Nobody will give you a visa for Ausbildung in Office Management. And you won’t find a company for it neither. It is possible for health care, some hospitals hire ppl for Ausbildung from abroad, but they prefer ppl who have already worked in healthcare. I would be very careful with this website, they offer things who can’t work. Main problem is
