5. The Uk’s government is an absolute joke and devastation. These are the idiots who control our society

7. Make it easier to take stuff to the recycling centres then, you need a permit where i live if not in a car, they open black bags to check for recycling, they cut recycling and waste collection to every 2 week's and only allow 3 bin bags, but collect food waste every week, people cant get rid of their waste so end up dumping it

9. What about making it easier and cheaper to take rubbish to what was once your local council run amenity? I don not condone people fly tipping but when you are charged for taking stuff like timber, metal, rubble etc I can see why it happens! If councils were allowed to keep the money raised by the rip-off Council Tax instead of it being diverted into the consolidated fund they could possibly have kept recycling facilities as they used to be, Council run! Instead these “services” have been sold off to profit making organisations! Why couldn’t councils carry on running these facilities and sold materials on for profit?

14. Obviously most fly tipper drive and probably have a driving license, so why not ban them for driving for like Ten years, ie after all they are using there vehicles for criminal acts.

22. I live in France we have decheteries in every town or village which is paid for by our council tax, we can take our rubbish and builders pay a small sum(which is paid by the client)good system. In 15 years of being here I have stopped 5 English men fly tipping.

23. As if we are interested given we can’t feed our kids or find somewhere affordable to live never mind save up and have a holiday away from Tory U.K.!!!
