Paid vacation is 5 weeks, plus about another 1 week of public holiday.
There is no paid vacation! The five weeks are subtracted from your pay, so annually you get paid for 47 weeks instead of 52. The “feriepenger” you get is subtracted from your monthly salary, it’s not given to you by the employer!
