  1. Flick could be a great option but if it doesn’t pan out the second best option could be Michél as he knows Spanish+Catalan(could be good at communicating with youngsters from La Masia) and bases his team’s playstyle according to the strengths of players rather than trying to fit them in a rigid structure/system.

  2. Pep and Enrique are the only ones I would take over Xavi, it sucks that Xavi already took the decision to leave.

Pep said over and over that he won’t manage us again but he said many lies before. However, I don’t think that we are currently in a situation that would be appealing for him.

Enrique is a much more realistic option imo, I doubt he’s very invested in the PSG project so he might go for us if we show interest. I liked what he did with Spain and, while not perfect, his first spell showed that he’s not a bad manager for Barça.

As for the options you’ve provided, all of them have huge flaws. Conceicao isn’t elite tactically and his personality wouldn’t work here. RDZ isn’t suited for big teams, there’s a reason why no one serious wanted him after his spell in Sassuolo. This is Michel’s first really good season after years of mediocrity with small teams, way too little experience. Flick had 6 good months as a manager, with a massive covid asterisk, then an average 2nd year and a tragic spell with the NT. I don’t think he’s a good manager.

A very unpopular option that I would take over anyone on the list is Mourinho. Yes, he seems washed, yes, his usual style of play doesn’t fit us but if there are no good options, why not give it a shot? He would know that it’s his final shot at the elite level, so he would adapt to Barça and try to be successful. It could work out or, worst case scenario, it would just be entertaining.
