1st Chechen President Dzhokhar Dudayev was killed by a Russian rocket during phone conversations in 1996. They calculated his whereabouts and killed him, pretending to negotiate. In 1995, he said “Russia will eventually face Ukraine. Russia will fall when the sun of Ukrainian freedom rises.”

1. Dudayev was a courageous leader. He was just doomed by eternal russian imperialism.

2. Chechnya really got the full treatment by Putin and his KGB tactics. Fake “Speratist” bombers blowing up apartment complexes to infer blame on those wanting independence. Complete obliteration by the completely overwhelming force of Russian military. I didn’t even know about the rocket assassination.

   And people STILL believe Putins war against the Ukraine is justified.

   Murderous dictators don’t change their stripes.
