A friend’s daughter has gone missing in Porto, Portugal today (17.01.2022). Amélie Bastos-Battle, 1m67 tall. She is 16 and at risk of harming herself. Please help this reach anyone who might have seen her.

Well, i would contact the local hospitals first as this is the only clue that we have.
If she’s not a portuguese citizen or doesn’t speak portuguese, she can be held at a hospital for quite some time as a “jane doe”, especially if she’s not conscious or wasn’t carrying some form of ID.
I assume that the police is already aware of this disappearance.

If someone sees this girl, don’t contact OP or the twitter poster. Call the police instead. You never know…

More pictures, where you think she could have been last, possibly what she was wearing, approximate weight…these are all things that can help because she is not recognizable just from this post. I am sorry this is happening and hope she’s found safe soon. I live downtown Porto and I’ll keep my eyes peeled.
