Experimenting with different seasonings as part of my culinary journey and it turns out chinese 5 spice and peri per REALLY go together in Roasties! wanted to share 🙂
Tonights full meal consists of caremlised onion sausages, wrapped in streaky smoked bacon accompanied by roasties of a season yet to be determined with veg and gravy 😀
They look dry

Pic made my guts audibly rumble. Man i’m hungry.
Dammit I was having a nice baked potato for lunch, now I’m feeling a bit let down.
