Tucker Carlson isn’t ‘brave’ to interview Putin, he’s the only Western journalist allowed to

  1. Of course he is not brave. I am 100% percent sure that this was not a stress interview.

So Putin when whining about NATO missiles on his borders would not have been challenged with providing numbers, types and locations (which by the way would have been difficult for there are/were none) but instead Sucker would have thanked him for this vital information.

  2. Fucker is paid richly to be there by the zz and to do this propoganda piece.

  3. “Brave” in this context means “willing to only ask the questions that Putin has approved, and talk trash about the US, Nato, Ukraine and anyone else Putins wants badmouthed”

  4. Ha, “journalist”.

Let’s not sugar coat it, he’s Putin’s boy toy for the duration of the visit.

  5. He is a tool used by a liar to spread misinformation seeking to harm civilization and democratic institutions.

  6. And now he probably needs to quarantine for two weeks before meeting the emperor.

  7. Even if other journalists were allowed, I don’t see how it could be brave

  8. That’s because he epitomizes the term useful idiot

  9. I see one problem first and foremost: calling Tucker Carlson a journalist.

  10. Don’t call, this guy a journalist! That is an insult to real journalists! More, he claims that he should not be taken seriously… so, ignore this piece of shit!

  11. Amanpour on CNN this morning was visibly upset that lying fuck tuck made this claim.

Fortunately even Putin’s press office is denying that tucker is the only journalist to request an interview.

  12. “Brave” would be getting into an interview with Putin and actually asking him very tough and very real questions about destroying people’s lives and making war, not the script Moscow wants to pay him for so those unable to think in the west have more sound bites.

  13. He’s not a journalist. Please stop calling him that.

  14. Ironically, Tucker trying to warm up Americans to Putin this way, might actually help Trump to NOT get elected. I’ve taken a quick look at some conservative opinions … it surprisingly still seems like a large amount of them aren’t all to open to this. Though with Republicans you never really know. It would be wonderful if it could mostly have the opposite of the desired effect. I hope this blows up in their faces, of which the potential seems to be higher than I was expecting.

  15. Definition: “Useful idiot” … See – “Tucker Carlson”

  16. Tucker Carlson is NOT a journalist. Stop calling him one.

  17. Funny thing is a court ruled he is in fact NOT a journalist, he’s an entertainer, and I use the word entertainer in the loosest way possible.

  18. I guess he’s the only one willing to play ball. It’s still ridiculous that people are so afraid of this interview.

  19. “You Literally Can’t Believe The Facts Tucker Carlson Tells You. So Say Fox’s Lawyers”

    >Now comes the claim that you can’t expect to literally believe the words that come out of Carlson’s mouth. And that assertion is not coming from Carlson’s critics. It’s being made by a federal judge in the Southern District of New York and by Fox News’s own lawyers in defending Carlson against accusations of slander.

    >Just read U.S. District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil’s opinion, leaning heavily on the arguments of Fox’s lawyers: The “‘general tenor’ of the show should then inform a viewer that [Carlson] is not ‘stating actual facts’ about the topics he discusses and is instead engaging in ‘exaggeration’ and ‘non-literal commentary.’ ”

    >She wrote: **”Fox persuasively argues, that given Mr. Carlson’s reputation, any reasonable viewer ‘arrive[s] with an appropriate amount of skepticism’ about the statement he makes.”**
