I made smørrebrød with kronhjort and homemade remoulade

  2. Do you think that there is enough kronhjort on it? You can maby also put some ristet løg and maby some høvlet peberrod on it.

    Couple tips to the smørrebrød itself:

    – less and more thinly sliced meat. It’s important the meat is easy to cut and bite through.

    – some fried, crispy onions would have went amazingly with this smørrebrød both taste wise but especially texture wise.

    – you want at least some green or such for garnish. Maybe some pea sprouts?

    – last but not least I’d personally put way more remoulade on there 🙂
