   and this is mentioned on a site from oboron-prom.ru (oboronniye = defense)
   “… As part of the enterprise (2000s): Testing center “PrikamTest”. …”
   So it could be this object.
   At least a start for zooming out for having a look where Yagul and Izhevsk are.
