I wanted to contact them since i know they have some documents relating to my great-gramps, and found https://pck.pl/bezpieczenstwo/biuro-informacji-i-poszukiwan/druki-i-procedury/ this form, but i’m unsure if it costs anything and if im even allowed to contact them if i didn’t know my great gramps, and im his grand child. Im Polish, and he survived the war, but he was in a stalag till 1940 and later were a forced labourer.
