What are these camera things on the Bulgarian roads are for? Vinetka control? Speeding control? Something else?

1. Vignette for passenger car and Toll system for heavier vehicles. Soon they will be used for speed control also.

6. Does a speed control ticket if your speed is high and they can get good money for that speed. Example: If you’re going in speed limit 90 with 120, it will probably take a picture because they can fine you for 360-280 bucks, but if you’re going 109, it won’t take a picture cuz the fine is 70 or 100 bucks and they want you to feel like this “things” dont do shit and then use a higher speed in the same road so they can fine you for more money. I have friends that speed regularly, and they know how those “things”/cashtraps work.
