Well it’s kind of his fault and it was “totally not cool of him to get cancer” without asking her first , and she’s pretty much everything he ever wanted, and now he’s looking down from heaven thanking her for doing this in honour of him.
I think your mental health is supposed to be ruined when losing a loved one

In all fairness her boyfriend was really selfish getting cancer as it made him the centre of attention and not her.
Also because chemo was tested on animals it’s so unethical and it conflicts with a healthy vegan lifestyle.
