I know Grads can hit an area with a fair amount of ordinance, but I wonder about the overall effectiveness. Seems like the equivalent of machine gun “spray and pray”.
Can anyone see that “concentration of russian troops” in the night vision shown in the video? I see absolutely nothing that resembles people.
