People seems to forget he had good numbers while playing with Roma as well. Now he plays in a more defensive position so he has lower goal contribution but he knows how to defend.
The same goes for Calhanoglu.

I mean ofc his stats are lower. At roma he was a pure attacker. Made a good amount of goals assists. Especially in the 20/21 season where he made 23 goals assists in 1 season with a roma team that ended up being 7th in serie a. But with inter he is more of a defender than a attacker but that is because of his age and it clearly helps him to still play at the highest level at 35
