So, imagine all the usual suspects already have prepared speeches written out denouncing this blatant partially on the part of DoJ. Has any of them started already? And when can we expect to see Garland impeached?

He had no special prosecutor and no report, just a quick interview or two and “case closed”. Unlike Biden, who’ll probably get castigated by Hur for his carelessness, as Comey did to Hillary Clinton.
Now maybe Pence had fewer, less classified documents than Biden (or maybe not—I don’t know). But Democrats, in their noble idiocy, are so futilely eager to avoid any appearance of a conflict of interest that they always make sure to be investigated by Republicans. (A position which isn’t reciprocated.)
