I hadn’t heard from my dentist in over a year, rang up to see if I was due a check up and they told me my dentist had left and he was the only NHS one so I was no longer on the books.

That’s not a bad idea. It might be cheaper if the nhs paid for flights to access healthcare. Day trips anyone ?
Accessing NHS dentistry only seems to be a problem if your parents were born here legally
This is false propaganda. Go look up who conducted and funded this research.
Anyone who actually believes this is an idiot. Rwanda has a chronic shortage of dentists and the vast majority of dental treatment is actually provided by “dental therapists”.
Why dont they just offer lucrative visas to dentists and tax breaks for companies to invest in building more dentist practices?
24hrs for emergency treatment isn’t unreasonable (except maybe on weekends/bank holidays etc)
24hrs for a check up or a filling is a bit of a stretch. What metric are we using?
