I used to work for a mobile phone company. Did a contract for a guy named Marc, which I spelled as Mark. He asked me to redo the contract with the correct spelling. It was a bit of a pain but my own fault for not even thinking of asking. Anyway, the next time I did one for someone called Mark/Marc, I thought I would ask, is that Mark with a K or a C and he said, it’s with an M…………..
