Hi guys! I am travelling to Berlin tomorrow and staying for a week and I calculated that Deutschland ticket would be my best bet in terms of public transport as I want to travel to some other cities close to berlin. Back in 2023 when it was introduced ( and it was 9 euros) you could purchase it for one month only. Now, it is a subscription but it is possible to cancel it to the 10th day of each month. Would it work if I purchase it online today and cancel the subscription right away so the ticket will only be valid for February? Please help!

You not need to use DB for it. Check the wiki, there are providers with more favourable cancelation periods (like mo.pla).

Seeing that it is currently the 8th of February, which is before the 10th of February, yes, it is possible.
Buying it online with DB might take a couple of days to be activated. By then it might be too late to cancel. For an immediately usable D-Ticket you need to buy it in person at a DB Ticket office and then upload it in your DB Navigator app. You need an account with DB for this. My wife just did this today and it worked without any problems.
You’d be better off using one of the other providers to get it online immediately, as others have suggested.
