If so wouldn’t be more beneficial to let Russia use it similar to how the enigma encryption was broken in ww2 ?

Everyone is acting like Elon personally approved this. The Tweet literally says they acquired them via Dubai. They are being smuggled in. DoD needs to put the screws to SpaceX to identify these terminals and deactivate them, or better yet, give the locations to Ukraine in real time.
