I shopped at a Coop today and payed cash at the self-checkout. If the display is correct then they are doing the conversion for Euro to Francs the wrong way around as 31.85CHF is ~33.84€, not 28.44€. I only had CHF on me so I could not test.
I’ve asked the person supervising the self-checkouts if this was normal but they did not know.
Is this a secret way to get 15% discount?
